Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Verify product quality and quantity against packing slips before shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow 5S principles
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Reliable transportation to flexible shift availability
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
