Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from shelves according to digital pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Verify item quantities and quality before packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure workstations remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago facility.
- Must be willing to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
