Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Inventory management and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
