Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and order accuracy
- Meet daily productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- RF scanner or WMS system experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Valid driver’s license (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Park Drive
- Must pass pre-employment background check
