Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to daily schedules
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Report equipment malfunctions or warehouse hazards immediately
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Reliable transportation to Northside Industrial Complex
