Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and order-picking equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to the 3450 Logistics Drive location
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first practices
