Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed
- Document warehouse activities in real-time using digital tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
