Your Responsibilities
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. Your duties will include:

- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products according to customer orders.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and condition before shipping.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for courier delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
