Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to North Philadelphia facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- No prior warehouse experience required
