Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory zones and FIFO compliance
- Meet daily productivity quotas (150-200 units/hour)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in 40-45°F cold storage areas (if assigned)
