Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Meet daily productivity targets (80-120 units/hour)
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and literacy skills for order verification
- Valid CA Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Park Blvd
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for 4-6 hour shifts (6 AM-2 PM or 2 PM-10 PM)
- Smartphone with internet access for daily pay app
