Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Use warehouse management systems for order tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
