Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging is secure and labeled correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves and aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, stage, and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level roles).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
