Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and apply shipping materials to ensure safe transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
