Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort and stage merchandise according to delivery routes and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified or willing to train) to move stock within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly throughout the warehouse.
