Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse floor using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips and product labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
- Perform light maintenance on packing equipment and report any facility issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
