Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inspect and prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols and labeling requirements are met.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Perform regular quality control checks on outgoing inventory to minimize errors.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for the initial hire.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
