Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from shelves based on order pick lists and scanning requirements.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials such as boxes, tape, and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and power jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick lists and safety instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
