Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our downtown facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
