Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
