Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Inspect products for quality assurance and proper packaging
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets (150+ units/hour)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (99% order fulfillment rate)
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/holidays)
