Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading of shipments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Reliable transportation to our Seaport District facility
