Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Prepare shipments for timely delivery and accurate labeling
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanner systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our DC warehouse facility
