Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Optimize workflow efficiency through proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
