Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to maintain inventory records.
- Inspect items for quality and quantity discrepancies before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
