Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to our Houston Tx facility
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- Experience in warehouse/fulfillment environments preferred
