Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Verify product accuracy against pick tickets and maintain quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Stage completed orders for shipping and maintain organized inventory zones
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
