Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory checks.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
