Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and quality against customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Assist in inventory management and participate in cycle counts as directed by management.
- Adhere to all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS) quickly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
