Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Operate handheld scanners and RF devices to verify inventory counts.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are securely sealed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environments is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a history of punctuality.
