Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic verification
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- RF scanner operation experience (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid state ID required
