Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory zones and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace organization and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
