Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipping
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
