Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling to prevent transit damage
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with inventory audits and warehouse reorganization as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime shifts
