Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
- Utilize warehouse management systems for order tracking and inventory updates
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
