Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Participate in overtime shifts as operational needs require
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 warehouse operations
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including overtime
