Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
