Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas according to pick tickets or production orders.
- Package and label items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues immediately to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing items accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per day).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
