Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse management system instructions
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow in the packing area
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, picker, or packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move items safely
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
