Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and resolve packing issues
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savvy attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
