Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and labeling
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
- Report discrepancies to shift supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner familiarity
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to West Side Chicago location
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
