Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stock zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report discrepancies and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- RF scanner or WMS system experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
