Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Package items securely with appropriate materials and labels
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation daily
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality mandatory
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus
