Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory counts in warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our industrial park location
- Pass background check and drug screening
