Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and reconciliation processes
- Maintain organized staging areas for outbound shipments and loading docks
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels for various carriers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
