Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and digital picking lists
- Package products securely with appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Perform quality checks on items before shipping
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Valid California driver's license a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
