Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice picking technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
