Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation systems
- Inspect products for quality before packaging and shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document processing activities in real-time inventory management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
