Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Package products securely with proper materials to prevent damage
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for efficient movement
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our facility
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
