Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and picking lists
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient workstations
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and scanning skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
